Just got back from 4 night stay visiting friends in the area, great hotel lovely rooms really comfortable beds and good breakfast the staff that stood out were the evening receptionists lady with dark hair and red headed lady excellent customer service and friendly also the gentleman in the evening restaurant. “Nice stop over with relaxing Spa”

Everything nice and clean, but breakfast was not very fresh, old bread and limited Gluten free options. We forgot a charger and they would only send it to our home address with a fee higher than a new charger. Not very happy with that service. I enjoyed the Spa and a lovely face massage.

This hotel lies just by the highway, when you drive of the sliproad. It has a relax section where you may bath in a jacuzzi, cold water barrel and a sauna. This hotel lies just by the highway, when you drive of the sliproad. It has a relax section where you may bath in a jacuzzi, cold water barrel and a sauna. Not to mix up with ”spa” since the relax area is just as big as a livingroom. There is also a training room. The hotel is a stayover the night hotel if you need to stay and rest while traveling, I wouldnt say it is a hotel to stay and explore the surroundings. Ängelholm is close by but if you are there to see the city I would recommend you to stay in the city instead. The room was okey, no noise from the highway, a bit old but filled its purpose. The bed was hard and there was two pillows, one very firm and hard but if you take away the pillowcase on this the pillow is soft. It was easy to drag out the cabel to the tv so you dont have a red light all night. No safetybox, no minibar but instant coffee. The restaurant was okey as well, reminded a bit like a big party premises. You had that big echo in the ceiling, serviceminded staff in the restaurant! Fast and alert! The only thing I missed from the staff in the restaurant was that they didnt ask what kind of meat you wanted but took for granted that you wanted it to be medium. The breakfast was served in two restaurants, liked how they divided it. You used your own cutlery when you took food from the breakfast buffé which I found clever…as long as no one decides to take two times with the same cutlery. The staff in the reception was ok. There was two persons and one of them didnt know service at all and the other one was greatly serviceminded! Unfortunitly we had the bad one when we arrived, no nice welcoming, we had to Ask what time and where the breakfast was beeing served and where the room was. When we went to the relax area apparently we needed a code from the reception but we never got any information about it…so it was luck that we had the keyfold with us cause the receptionist had atleast written the code down on the card. If it wasent for the good receptionist the grade would have landed on 2 of 5. The second receptionist a young woman was helpfull and showed us where to go and also gave us some tips! Maybe something has happened that made one receptionist beeing so bad, that we dont know about but it was like two different sides of one coin. Have never experienced that kind of service before..

This hotel has a good location if your travelling between Stockholm and Malmö by car. Accessible only by car. Plus - Spacious free parking outside. - family rooms with one double bed and a bunk bed. - Comfortable beds and bedding - Rich English and Continental breakfast included in the price. - large spa included in price (sauna + jacuzzi, resting area) - Enormous fully equipped gym Minuses - No fridge in room. - Not so clean rooms/spa. - No ventilation/AC in rooms - forced to sleep with open window. On hot days probably unbearable. - Understaffed - had to wait even 5 min for reception staff, who normally work alone it seems, and occasionally leave the reception unmanned. - Saunas in spa had strange and complicated opening hours, alternating. Did not understand when to use what. Anyway, only sauna open might be the unisex one although there are also separate for men and women but not open every hour. Also at arrival receptionist told that saunas are open, but when entered some had only 50C.. - Off everything, no shops and hotel prices for drinks are high. All in all ok hotel for one night's stay if you're passing the area if you get a good deal.
