“Very, very accomodating”
We arrived late in the evening after a delayed flight. Front desk and restaurant staff collaborated to ensure we had room service food after their normal hours. “Service minded reception staff”
Fast, supportive and nice staff at reception was a very good of the stay, with a special thanks to Ilya. 👍 Cleaning in room was not perfect but for the rest a very nice stay, including breakfast. ____________________________ Best regards Gustav

“the room was not clean”
There was a paper cup left in the toilet of the room. The toilet di not feel fresh. The rest of the room was clean. The reception did not do anything about the complain. They only said: "good you let us know". Not acceptable. The room should be clean and fresh, specially in regards to the high room… more
