An excellent hotel in almost every way and tremendous value for money. The location is very good for those who arrive by car and by train (just a 15 minutes walk from the train-station), but still nice and quiet (especially in the evenings). Those who want accommodation within walking distance to the city centre should probably make another choice, but they should also know that bus line 33 runs very close by and it's an excellent way to reach the centre of town cheap and fast. The staff itself couldn't be better, they are warm, friendly and very accommodating in every way. We liked them all! Our room couldn't have been better either! Very clean, spacious and with a HUGE and comfortable bed. And the bathroom couldn't be bettered, it was an absolute dream and much more luxourious than you normally expect from a 4-star hotel! The room also has air-conditioning for both cooling and heating and it works perfectly. The only minor complaint was that we thought that the pillows were a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a personal taste of ours. If you want a bite to eat in the evening, but are not too fussy, the hotel has a short menu with pizza, pasta, sandwiches and salads (beers or wine as well) that is an excellent choice in an area where it's not that easy to find a restaurant. The breakfast on offer was okay, but not much more than that. The Spanish tortilla was superb, but a few more types of yoghurt, for example, would have made us more satisfied. Other than that, we really liked the breakfast area, very spacious. There is also free tea or coffee 24/7 (with some pastries on offer on occasion!) To sum it all up, we find it very hard to fault this great hotel. Heartily recommended!

We stayed here for one night en route to London from Moraira in Spain Easy check in. Clean room at end of corridor as requested. Dog friendly Plenty of hanging space and good bathroom with amenities We didn’t stay for breakfast Perfect for a stop over

“Business hotel”

Decent hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Some restaurants within walking distance. Helpful front desk, especially Eduardo, who went out of his way to correct a mistake in booking. Easy to find. Great for a night’s stay. Parking is adjacent.

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.
