“Good central location”

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Valencia, few minutes walk from the station! Rooms were comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given its central location! Good selection for breakfast, but dinner was not all we had hoped! Staff were helpful and approachable.

There is a lot to like about this place, and one let-down. It is in a great position, close to all the major sites, the station and the best shopping. Our room was spacious, well appointed and the housekeeping is immaculate. The staff are helpful. The let-down is breakfast, which is served in a crowded, undersized room with no natural light. The food quality and choice is just about average. It is not value at €22. Best advice is to book room only and have breakfast at one of the many excellent places nearby. Good locations are around the Mercat Central, a few minutes walk, and C/St Vincent de Martir, at the rear of the hotel.

Great access to public transport and taxis. Lovely clean well decorated 11th floor room with large terrace. Mini bar reasonably priced and Rituals toiletries provided. Great shower. Great access to public transport and taxis. Lovely clean well decorated 11th floor room with large terrace. Mini bar reasonably priced and Rituals toiletries provided. Great shower. Limited tea and coffee making facilities. Linen fine but Towels not 4 star. Reception staff and Foyer bar very helpful. Foyer Decor tired. House wines and wines in room were cheap and nasty. Breakfast had a version of everything you might need but completely sterile. Overall breakfast quality was lower than anticipated. Pastries and bread were nice but fruit was substandard. Hot breakfast offering was not hot as under weak heat light. Served in Windowless basement box dreadful tables with cheap placemats. No cappuccino or latte or English Breakfast Tea! Not a good way to start any day. Such a shame a simpler version can’t be served on roof terrace or even the disused restaurant on ground level. We booked inclusive breakfast and wished we hadn’t.

The hotel was in the plaza which was great, the room was very nicely done with new renovations and we chose one with a plaza view. The hotel was in the plaza which was great, the room was very nicely done with new renovations and we chose one with a plaza view. Unfortunately it was very noisy, not from the outside noise but inside noise. If we turned on the AC there was a continual running water sound gurgling in the walls. The floors were laminate and the rooms had a small table and chairs so every time someone upstairs moved a chair it was a very loud scraping sound. There was another guest that checked in next door with a baby and you could very clearly hear the crying and people talking. We ended up checking out early and went back to another hotel we had stayed on a previous trip. It's a really pretty hotel, but quiet is very important to us, so it just wasn't for us. Someone else may not mind at all.....
