This is a really nice hotel, very well located (across the road from Corte Inglés and Aqua malls, 1 block away from Ciudad de las Artes & Museo de las Ciencias, and maybe 10 mins away from the city center by taxi). This is a really nice hotel, very well located (across the road from Corte Inglés and Aqua malls, 1 block away from Ciudad de las Artes & Museo de las Ciencias, and maybe 10 mins away from the city center by taxi). The receptionists were very nice, check in was fast and hassle free. Breakfast was nothing groundbreaking, but it had the essentials. I'd specially like to commend them because we were travelling with my 5 year old german shepherd, and they were super accommodating. They had a baggie of amenities for the pup (pictured) including water bottles, some food, squeaky toys, were very nice about the dog in general (he was on a leash and had a muzzle on - unlike some other very rambunctious dogs in the hotel). The room was comfy enough, and we had a beautiful couple of days staying there. My only comment would be the elevators - everyone uses the parking elevator during breakfast, so it's almost impossible to get to the parking floors during that time (and with a dog). Maybe clearly mark it as an elevator meant to be used to go to the parking floors - people could be very rude and not care we were waiting with the dog to get on an elevator, literally getting in front of us.
