“Good for 2 nights”
Stayed 2 nights on a group tour. Had a nice big room, though fridge didn't work. Bright in the daytime, but not enough lighting when dark. Food was good with a free bottle of wine per table. Very busy, but helpful staff. Lots of shops nearby, within easy (driving) reach of Madrid centre.

“Nice hotel!”
Nice hotel, chairs in rooms could be updated, they had stains on them, but other than that our room was clean and cleaned daily and beds very comfortable. Good customer service too! Decent amount of good coffee shops and small restaurants/bars within walking distance.

“Ageing hotel that needs a bit of tender loving care.”
Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. “Adequate hotel, but the bleeping from the pedestrian crossing outside drive you insane. ”
The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic.
