“Perfect service”
Great service, including the front desk - especially I remember Erdit who was of huge help and kindness. During the whole stay, the staff was kindly offering any help and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you a perfect stay and huge kindness offered.

“Great and comfort stay”
Good location helpful staff perfect breakfast. Lovely stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only check in time is a bit late for us, waited so long but they helped us. Location only 10 min away from Big ben by walking. Everything was pretty good. Thank you!

“Perfect for short business trip.”
Central London hotel. Great location. We had the executive rooms. Which brand new and very clean. Very comfy. Perfect for business trip. Small gym in basement, nice breakfast, good Indian restaurant linked to the hotel. Perfect for our needs.

My family relocated to this hotel mid-Christmas break after a very bad experience at another London hotel. The staff at the Wellington was extremely accommodating and really went the extra mile to salvage the 2nd half of our trip. We enjoyed 5 wonderful days/nights at the Wellington and highly recommend it. The location is very convenient to all major attractions in central London. The rooms are extremely clean and beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this fine hotel to any traveller looking for an excellent place to stay in London. Mohammad at the concierge is top notch!
