“Good reason for 5 stars”
Well, let’s face it, this is a 3 * hotel and the prices confirm that. We stayed during half term (2 families in 3 rooms) and could not fault this hotel. “well located but pessimous”
the radiators in the room, never work, at the end they give a me one radiator small that never can warm the room, then they need to give me a second one, when we plug this all the electricity in the room is gone, we spend the night cold and not light the meals every day was cold and not possible... more

really close to all the lifts and amenities. The dinners are all buffet style but the hot food left goes cold so have that first and finish with salads.
