The hotel is on the main street, when we visited there was no on site parking so we had to drive round to find somewhere, which we did within 5 minutes walk. The room was a front room, with balcony, which was suitable and bi enough for our stay, although the double bed was on the small side. Air conditioning. Small outdoor pool, which was never busy. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast adequate, but not spectacular. Decor to our tastes, not modern and clinical, but with a charm of its own, Entertainment in Hotel opposite on most nights.

“Very reasonably priced hotel”
Hotel was clean and in fabulous central location. Air conditioning in rooms. Only downside was the small double bed, I found it very short (though I am 6ft2). Overall good though, value for money. Decor is a little outdated but to be honest we found it added to the charm of the place!

That aside the rooms at the front of the hotel and on the top floors have balconies and superb views. The breakfasts are rather bland but the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The pool is an added bonus and never seems to get too busy.

The rooms are very generous in size and location super convenient - great creperie and bodegas directly across the street (amazing goats cheese salad and it’s HUGE) and all the little shops of the Main Street in Lanjaron. The decor is a bit worn and dated - stained lampshade shades, chipped paint etc, but comfortable. Had a bit of an issue with hot water during my stay but staff were very apologetic and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Tips: 1. Ask for your room safe key and lock at reception when you check-in, they keep these separate. 2. Book a room at the back of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Setting up and packing away of restaurants on the street can be quite loud. As is bin collection on certain mornings and general revellery. 3. There is a pool across the road which can be used for 4€ (sun lounger + pool access) if you prefer suntanning as Miramar’s pool is in the shade most of the day.
