The hotel is very well located, close to the most important attractions. Clean rooms, very nice staff. You can enjoy a very tasty breakfast at the hotel. You can park your car in the car park in front of the hotel for free

Unfortunately for us, the room was very busy as the Hotel had a significant "pension" - "O.A.P." habitation, and absolutely without any criticism of the other residents, the Hotel staff were quite busy. Perhaps we encountered "one of those week's" ? However, the Hotel staff carried out their work efficiently and in good humour. · A long walk between the Reception and our room. The Hotel layout is a bit "dis-jointed", and initially a map would be useful. The "Spa" is not a normal relaxation, as everybody has a sequence to [strictly] follow to use each facility, which is somewhat haphazardly organised. Something in the waters leaves a bright yellow stain (to bathing clothing, hair colour and even the bathroom towels) which is not nice.

We arrived at Granada airport and drove to spend one night at this hotel en route to our next stop at Salobrena where we had hired a villa for 2 weeks on the tropical coast. This is a spa town and spa hotel that was really full - mainly with elderly people who may be looking to ease aching joints, to take comfort from the spa treatments. I therefore cannot rate the hotel on any of the treatments or the pool area as we did not use them. I can only rate it on the room and the amenities there. The first room we were shown was quite depressing as the windows were really high up overlooking a ledge. It was very dark and while we were there for only one night, it was not that cheap. So we tired to move and were told the hotel was completely full. Eventually a manager came along and did find us a better room with natural light and at least a view of trees. The room itself was fairly basic - no fridge or minibar, just beds and that was it. it was clean and the bathroom was fine. The hotel breakfast was good, with a good selection, but again it was quite a dark room in the lower floors. The pool area looked lovely. The town itself was great with lots of restaurants and bars - which will review separately.
