Great location, very friendly staff, modern and neat hotel. The rooms were very spacious, and at a reasonable price. I have to warn you that the parking garage has a VERY narrow spiral path, 2 levels down. If you do not have a compact or smaller car, you are not going to get to the parking level. It was such a tight squeeze that the reception lady had to walk in front of me and guide me down the path to the parking level. I had to reverse a few times uphill, to make the spiral turns down. However, once you parked, we walked all over the historical areas and only had to deal with the driving out of the parking area. Thank god no scratches … We also got some great informational emails, in advance, from the hotel, pointing out some great tourist attractions to consider. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

“Wonderful Location”

The hotel is set-off from the main road, so not terribly noisy with the windows closed. The staff was very helpful with directions and getting a stuck safe opened quickly. The hotel is set-off from the main road, so not terribly noisy with the windows closed. The staff was very helpful with directions and getting a stuck safe opened quickly. They kindly notified us about an item left behind. The location is great, because you are a 1/2 block from the bus stop for San Nicolas viewpoint and a taxi stand. Very useful when you have to catch a cab at 7 AM to get to the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed for one night in Granada and wanted a central hotel with easy access to the local bars and restaurants. And we got what we wanted. The hotel is located in the center but on a side street in an alley which made us search for it the first time. There are marked road signs guiding to the hotel so look out for those when arriving for the first time. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are also very clean and have all you need. Our view was to an alley which was no problem for us. But our friends got a lovely view out on the street. So if the view is important to you then check with the staff at check-in. The hotel has a small parking garage which we used. As the hotel is located in the no-drive zone of the city you had to park in the hotel. But the prices for both the rooms and the garage were very reasonable, probably due to the low-season time we were there. If I would stay in Granada again I would go back to this hotel and can only recommend it if you want to stay in the city center.

Pros: very comfortable bed, friendly staff (though, later in the evening the one staff member didn’t speak English), great location. Cons: claimed to have soundproofing but our room facing the main entrance got lots of noise from outside and from the hallways; the shower water never got hot and with the colder weather it was really uncomfortable; the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly with hair on the shower floor and overall the bathroom had black mold all around the tiles and grout. Few other things to note. I asked about laundry and there is no laundry facility as written online for amenities. Only laundry service. This should be more clearly stated. Also, I understand that energy efficiency is important but the room is very dark bc there hardly is any lighting. This made it hard for us to read anything. Also I read that the place was modern or renovated but the furniture is tired looking. Overall we rate the place 6/10. We did not have a fully pleasant stay.
