The hotel location is in a residential / shops area. Quite a lot of graffiti around. Easy walking distance of central Granada. The reception area of the hotel is modern , the restaurant very good service and decent food. The internal corridors within the hotel are dated. Our room was clean and comfortable. Sadly the view from our windows was brick walls. We found english speaking channels on the TV.

Good mid range hotel located in city on Granada.. Location- a few minutes to the main central shopping area, about 10-15 minutes walk To the cathedral. There are lots of bars and close by and a large shopping centre. Rooms- good standard and nicely decorated and furnished , pretty spacious for city hotel. We had a shower over bath in bathroom and there was always hot water . We were on the front of the building next to their bright neon sign so if you light sensitive for sleeping might be best to ask for a room away from this. However there are blackout curtains which worked well . There was some street noise until around midnight . Bed was large and comfortable but only one pillow provided . There was a mini fridge and also tea: coffee making facilities in room . Hotel reception clean and bright nice area to sit in . Breakfast/ Dinner - Good breakfast Buffett with a lot of choice regularly replenished . You could order bars snacks from menu during day and there was also an evening Buffett available which looked good . We didn’t take the Buffett but several others on our tour did and said it was very good . There is a roof top pool available. All in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend for a good mid range choice in Granada

“3.5 more than 4 but fine”
More a 3.5 rather 5. Check in was helpful, explaining parking via the lift which is tight but had a little car. Reminds me of a well kept hotel.from.the 90s/00s. Room was fine, clean and had tea and coffee. No English tv. Breakfast was very good especially at 9 euros a day. Didn't use pool.

City centre hotel that has big rooms and is well appointed. Booked in part due to offering EV charging, but when I asked to use it, I was told the access to the car park is via a lift and my car is too heavy to use it due to being an EV. City centre hotel that has big rooms and is well appointed. Booked in part due to offering EV charging, but when I asked to use it, I was told the access to the car park is via a lift and my car is too heavy to use it due to being an EV. Very odd an a bit annoying as none of the local chargers seemed to work. As a hotel, it was fine and it is in a good location for all the central attractions.

We were booked into this hotel as part of a group tour. The position was ok, close to all we wanted to see in Granada. The hotel was clean with a large reception area. We were booked into this hotel as part of a group tour. The position was ok, close to all we wanted to see in Granada. The hotel was clean with a large reception area. Our room was dark and looked out onto a roof area with air conditioning meters and a large wall blocking any available natural light. Air conditioning in room was erratic. Sleeping was difficult in the heat without it. The bar area was unmanned most of the time and we would have to search for a member of staff who were decidedly lacking. Only had breakfast which was poor . Our picnic breakfast, provided for our early departure, was inedible. The whole coach party discarded them at the airport. Overall it was disappointing and very mediocre.
