“Very comforatble hotel with renal bikes”
This resort is mega big , located bit far from center . So we rent two bikes and so easy travel inside center with bike. There are cheap taxis before hotel. The pool is big and very fine. “Large hotel with a lot of services”
It is a very large hotel with a giant lobby, a nice garden, restaurants, bars and many services. “Cappuccino is bad”
The cappuccino wasn't good at all at the breakfast. Also, the rooms had a music control device and our didn't work at all. Overall, the building was very old and ugly. Do not expect too much from this hotel. However, we slept pretty well. The beds are comfy.

“Reception and room staff do not take seriously your requests”
Room service is below standard . No English tv channels as advertised. Faulty safes. Faulty window locks. Leaking sanitary ware in the bathroom. Staff are friendly but don’t appear to listen.
