“Great location for exploring city.”
Very helpful and attentive reception staff who went out of their way following a small problem. Very good breakfast with a great choice. Fresh breads, range of cereals, cooked and cold meats and cheese, extremely good fresh orange juice.Rooms and bathroom a little dated but spotlessly clean.

“Nice hotel for B&B.”
Nice room, comfortable and clean. Hotel had work being done but this was not intrusive. Stayed 3 nights during which bar never opened. Could not even get a coffee. Good breakfast but buffet dinner was dreadful. Not many restaurants around the area. 20 minute walk to cathedral etc.

Reasonably good Hotel, close to city centre. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. A couple of annoying things, though, no air-conditioning and the wifi wouldn't work. It wasn't overly hot outside mid 20's C but the rooms still heat up, making them hot. Complained to reception were told switched off for the season, so one size fits all approach. How about letting your guests who pay for the room decide if they need air-conditioning. We complained about the wifi and was told it was working. It obviously wasn't. A few more people complained, and it was miraculously fixed. Start treating your guests as guests and you'll do much better.
