Excellently located, very friendly & knowledgeable staff, pristine accommodation & wonderfully decorated hotel. The roof terrace is the crowning jewel and is perfect for watching the sunset over the beautiful skyline. Our room had a super king size bed which was very comfortable. There were two balconies, tv, mini fridge, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, air con & a fully equipped bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The location of the hotel is perfect and is only just over a five minute walk from The Cathedral, La Giralda & Real Alcázar. There are many tapas bar’s & restaurants nearby to sample. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seville!

I visited this hotel with my husband to celebrate his 60th birthday along with two friends in January . The hotel is very well located meaning everywhere is easily accessible on foot. The room we had was a good size and had its own outside terrace on the roof. The bathroom was good with plenty of everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Everything was brought to our table and we certainly weren’t hungry afterwards! There is a hot-tub and a pool outside on the roofs for guests use. Both are well heated (we were there in January). The pool isn’t really a swimming pool, almost a therapy pool size-wise, but perfect for the four of us to wallow in. I think the hot-tub may have been a tad snug for us! I’d definitely return and have recommended to others.

excellent! but does NOT have a swimming pool The hotel and rooms are excellent. The location is fantastic! easy to walk everywhere, but in a quiet area. The staff are excellent, as is the check in experience. All speak very good English too :-) The bedroom is very large, comfortable, have great amenities and storage, lovely big hot shower, the bed linen and towels are high quality Portuguese- excellent! Improvements: Breakfast is served at your table, just one waitress who works so very hard and so very friendly, but this does man it can take a while: but the quality of the breakfast and items is excellent. TV very confusing to use, and very hard to make the TV channels work (everything else requires accounts!) the roof does NOT have a swimming pool! (quite the artistic photo) which is very annoying when taking shorts to swim to then discover its more like a plunge pool with step approximately 2m x 3 m (ie you certainly can NOT swim) perhaps good for the hot summer to cool off, but no way you can swim it is too small. There is also a Jacuzzi for two people, again ok to cool down from the sunshine (this is also heated) The roof top has many sections and levels, is nice to a view at nighttime too. Lots of privacy and not over crowded and the rooftop cocktail bar serves excellent cocktails at reasonable prices from 10 euros each, again a very friendly and efficient bar man. SUMMARY: Very disappointed about the swimming pool; but: Excellent hotel, Excellent staff, Excellent location. WOULD reccoemend
