We had a very nice three night points stay, and particularly enjoyed the warm service from the front desk and restaurant staff. Everything was very consistent with the brand. Pro's: - As mentioned, the staff is very friendly, bi-lingual, and helpful with local knowledge. - We arrived by car, and are not fans of driving in the downtown areas of European cities. We liked the ease of access to/from the highway plus the on property parking beneath the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that the parking was not super small spots that are so common in Europe; it was nice to have some space between cars and not worry about damaging the rental car. - In light of our driving preferences, we found the location to be very good. It is 1 block to a bus stop (route 3) that takes you downtown to all the tourist locations. We chose to Uber instead; it cost about 10 euros each way. - The room was very clean and well appointed, including a mini-fridge. The room was a bit larger than many European rooms. - We enjoyed the breakfast that comes with gold status. Pro tip: you can get the eggs to order. We missed the sign until our final morning. Other notes: - There are not many dining or shopping options within a short walk of the hotel. - If you are inclined to walk further, check with the front desk. We felt the surroundings were safe, yet if you get a mile away in one direction, it gets a little sketchy. - There's a Costco about 4 blocks away, if that's your thing. For us, this was an excellent use of points and a very nice stay.

A very delightful 2 day stay with incredibly friendly helpful staff. My Spanish is limited, they were all very patient and welcoming. Do you research before you book and you won’t be disappointed. Yes it is next to a concrete plant and no there are no bars restaurants surrounding it. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel if preferred at any time. Parking: There is parking for €9 per day in the hotel car park, which is fabulous for those coming by car as parking is extremely difficult and limited in Seville. Location: This hotel sits about a 20 min car journey from Sevilla Centro district. Taxi (arranged by hotel if you prefer) is between 11-18 euros depending on the time of day. In our experience we had two taxis per day- there is so much to see/do/eat that we did not need anything extra from our hotel or its surroundings. We did not use public transport as once you are in Seville Centro everything is within walking distance. We booked late so a room reduction was available. Room was clean and very functional. Towels available for both showers and pool. There is a pool and outside space nicely shielded from neighbouring concrete plant - they couldn’t do much about the view from floors 2 upwards, so I suggest you don’t look out the window if you are going to complain. Breakfast was plentiful.

This hotel was spotless, really comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good too. The laundry was convenient as it was the middle of a month long journey and I needed to wash my clothes. The dryer was broken, so there was only one dryer that was a bummer. The climate control was off in the gym too… more

This hotel was spotless, really comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good too. The laundry was convenient as it was the middle of a month long journey and I needed to wash my clothes. The dryer was broken, so there was only one dryer that was a bummer. The climate control was off in the gym too, that was disappointing and the team seemed to fix nothing! The location is not convenient to anything but I had a car. My only other feedback was in the restaurant where they would not substitute and said for fries!! They were the same price too. The chef was very inflexible, or at least that is what the server told me!
