You won't find another hotel with warmer and friendlier staff that go out of their way to be kind. They literally put their hands on their hearts and smile everytime they interact with you. Of all the places we have stayed in Europe the staff at this hotel is at the top of our list. At check in Esther was amazing and instantly made us feel at home. The concierges were phenomenal. Karim who runs the dining was truly amazing and kind and super helpful. He helped us attend a flamenco show at the hotel, which was spectacular. Make sure you ask for him at dinner. The bartender at night and his assistants were wonderful. Room was quite nice with rooftop jacuzzi. The rooftop bar was awesome. Food was excellent. The lobby had a great vibe and a good place to hang out. Beautifully decorated place that is centrally located. It's worth staying here!!!

This is a Hotel of great class. From the time you arrive to the day you leave and every moment in between, you feel warmly and attentively handled. On arrival, my phone unwittingly slipped out of my pocket and left with the cab driver. I was devastated and informed Ana (who checked us in) what had happened. She and the Rosana (the concierge) handled the issue with great expediency and concern for the situation. With timely updates during their search I eventually got my phone back the next day! At breakfast, our host, Carmen was so gracious and friendly. My wife is fluent in Spanish but the staff will quickly intuit that you prefer English and accommodate you without a second thought. Each evening you’ll find live music around the bar and the atmosphere will remind you of a bygone era. We typically prefer to explore local fare to hotel food but the level of breakfast was quite good and healthy that you’ll prefer to enjoy it at the hotel. It’s situated perfectly to walk to all the important areas of interest. It’s worth every penny and we hope to return.

“Beautiful hotel”

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room and massive bed that was so comfy. Slept peacefully and no noise at all anywhere. Breakfast was great and staff exceptional. Enjoyed music and flamenco at night. Pool was good spot after hot day sightseeing and although tiny it worked

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. It is extremely well-located, in the center of the old town, within easy walking distance to the major sights. Rooms are extremely comfortable - especially the beds. We had a very nice balcony view. Air conditioning was great and welcome after hot days of exploring. The breakfast was fantastic - many “cold” selections including various meats, cheese, breads, fruits, yogurts and cereals, but there were many interesting additional things you don’t normally see at a breakfast buffet - such as watermelon juice, specialty local cheeses, and fresh cakes. There is a “hot” menu as well including various egg dishes (eggs Benedict were superb), waffles and pancakes. We also had dinner at the restaurant there one night, after traveling to Ronda and white villages all day, and it was delicious. There is a very nice bar in the lobby, and an adjoining library. There was nightly entertainment, at least during our 4-day weekend trip, which included a flamenco show on Saturday night. But the best thing? The STAFF. Everyone there were extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, starting from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. There are many individuals we met who were wonderful, but special thanks to Dani at the bar, who makes excellent drinks but who also provided us with a customized walking suggestion for the old town area of Sevilla, and especially the head concierge Rosana. Rosana was wonderful. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and arranged a reservation for us at one, she provided great recommendations for White Villages to visit, and she booked a car for us as well. The service at this hotel was the absolute best, at all times. We will definitely return here for our future trips to Andalucia!
