Stayed here in Feb 2015 with my sister. We came to Seville to visit my son who was in Seville as part of Erasmus uni project. We were greeted on out arrival and shown to out lovely quaint and quirky room. We don't speak Spanish and the owner does not speak English but we managed ! The bathroom smelt very musty on arrival as there is no window but after opening the doors the smell soon went. The toilet failed to flush on our 2nd day - emailed the owner and when we arrived back after a day out, the toilet was fixed. Great base for sightseeing. Triana itself has many restaurants, shops and bars and the main sights are only a walk away. Beds are really comfy and plenty of home comforts We had such a good time here - other family stayed here on later dates when they visited ! Oh and the roof top terrace is lovely for early morning coffee or late night drinks

“Comforable stay, but a bit far from centre and no reception to facilitate check in and check out”

The apartment was big, with a lot of facilities. It's comfortable for staying. However, although we left a number of messages to the property in advance, we cannot get the keys without asking the shop around to help calling the owner, as tourist may not have local phone to call. The apartment was big, with a lot of facilities. It's comfortable for staying. However, although we left a number of messages to the property in advance, we cannot get the keys without asking the shop around to help calling the owner, as tourist may not have local phone to call. And the day before we left, we left many message on how to check out and leave lugguges, no response received. We spent over 1 hour to ask people around to help calling the property and feeling quite helpless without any reception help. Suggest to leave arrangement on the webpage first, or at least map and information on how to do or where to leave lugguage to help if there's no reception.

“Old tapas bar”

Old tapas bar serving good food at a good price . Staff are friendly but very disorganised we had to order our second glass of wine 4 times before it arrived. Food however was very good if simple the bar itself is better than the street tables .

We got a great price for this apartment and on arrival were pleased. The location is excellent - triana is a great area with plenty of bars and restaurants. We got a great price for this apartment and on arrival were pleased. The location is excellent - triana is a great area with plenty of bars and restaurants. It is within easy walking distance of the main city sights. The apartment was clean and pretty with good self catering facilities. Two points that could have been better - firstly we asked for a double bed and got two single beds that couldn't be moved together. Secondly the toilet broke and it took a whole day for a maintenence man to respond to our request to fix it - and it promptly broke again. These things happen, but service could have been better.
