“Excelent hotel!”
This hotel is surprisingly high-end for a 3-star hotel! Interior looks new and of very good quality. All of the staff are wonderful, and I felt like they took care of me! The staff from cleaners, breakfast staff and reception staff made me feel like I was a VIP guest. The location is also excellent!

“Charming hotel in city center”
Charming hotel and excellent location. This hotel is on one of the paths for Camino walkers to get to the Cathedral. It is 1-1/2 blocks to the Cathedral and central to all the major sites in Santiago. Breakfast was excellent and they even packed a to go breakfast box for us for our very early morni… more

“super helpful staff and comfortable rooms”
I had an injury just prior to checking into this hotel. the front desk staff were helpful in the extreme to help me change my room to a more convenient one, find food during siesta time, and they even helped me get a Covid test in my room which was required in order to get on my flight the next da… more
