“Excellent stay at San Sebastian”
Excellent stay at San Sebastian. We had a short visit at San Sebastian and became surprised with the place. Lucky we chose the good hotel, with a Good location, beautiful view over the city from upper rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffe.

“Good hotel but need some adjustments”
It is a fine hotel but needs some modifications, at least for the bathroom. Is a bit outdated, toilet and bidet are placed opposite each other against the bathtub making the space to get in and out of the bathtub tight. Also there is no possibility to make a cup of coffee or tea.

Location is good with beach and restaurants within walking distance, and public transport, including hop-on-hop-off bus a few metres from the hotel. It not expensive, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are satisfactory, though bland. However, the room was far too hot, when it was 12-14 degrees outside, matter how low we set the A/C. Opening the window let in traffic fumes and noise. We also found the bed rather hard and uncomfortable. I gave the hotel a 4 because it seemed mean to give it a 3 on the basis of the title, and the staff.
