“Great hotel in an excellent location with wonderful reception staf”
The reception staff were really helpful and our room had a lovely view over the main beach of San Sebastián. 3 or 4 minutes walk to the old town. “Petfriendly hotel.”
This hotel has modern and clean rooms. The breakfast was very complete. They give you a reasonable price for the room. And the most important when you are travelling with pets… very pet friendly. “Poor”
Sadly disappointed with our 2 night stay. We have stayed in numerous Meliá/ Meliá affiliated hotels and have found the standards to be high, a good 4 star rating. This hotel falls far short of that. “Disappointed from Wales”
We had a Junior Suite and the room was quite dated. The Hotel has no kerb appeal. Bathroom/windows in room had black mould. Room got chilly and radiator didn't work.
