“Excellent Stay”
We have just had a wonderful 5 night stay at this excellent hotel. It is in the perfect position to enjoy San Sebastian. Check in was smooth, breakfast excellent, cleanliness 5 star. The stand out for us was Leire , the concierge. Leire organised a day trip for us and is a wealth of local knowledge.

Really, really enjoyed this hotel. Location is magical and quality of staff and decor is top class. Not surprised by so many positive reviews. Worth booking a room with sea-view. “Amazing hotel”
Nothing can fault this hotel - however you need to book a room with the sea view. Doors open onto the sea rolling into the bay which is stunning. Service is attentive especially in the lounge overlooking the bay, a wonderful experience and will definitely return

“Nice hotel, but they didn't give me a 3am wakeup call”
What a beautiful and historic hotel. My room (5th floor) opened up onto the Atlantic Ocean and the views were spectacular! The bed was firm and the sheets were perfectly ironed.
