“Better than expected”
My family of three stayed in this hotel for two nights and we had a wonderful experience. My family of three stayed in this hotel for two nights and we had a wonderful experience. I originally thought the hotel might be little far from old town, actually it’s very close to all the attractions within no more than ten minutes walking. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We drove from Madrid airport to the Hotel, which had its own parking garage underground, that’s very convenient. Everything from check-in to departure was handled with friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

A lovely quiet location that is convenient to the main sights of this beautiful city of Salamanca. The room is large and clean, though a little dated. The bed is even more comfortable than my own bed at home! Breakfast was reasonable though it could do with a changed selection every few days. There wasn’t a huge selection but it was sufficient for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest bugbear was the lack of drinking water or a kettle in the room. I understand that there may be a safety issue with kettles but there should be a source of hot water if one needs it. The hotel provided sweet touches like sweets and chocs. In my opinion, providing water would be a better option. Otherwise it was a lovely stay overall.

El hotel esta convenientemente localizado a distancia caminando del casco antiguo y de las principales atracciones y restaurantes del área. En recepción muy atentos y los cuartos limpios y espaciosos. Quiza el único tema es que en el nivel donde estabamos tenía un olor extraño no incomodo. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old town and the main attractions and restaurants in the area. Lobby personal was always very attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. Perhaps the only issue is that at the level where we were it had a strange but not uncomfortable smell.
