The hotel's location is excellent, within easy walking distance of everything in Salamanca's historic centre. At the same time it is very quiet with good soundproofing. We booked a superior room which was spacious with a comfortable sofa as well as a very wide and comfortable bed. The pillows were super comfortable too. There was an electric kettle as well as a coffee machine, and a small fridge., bathrobes and slippers and even a little box of 2 Lindt chocolates. The bathroom had a large walk in shower with dual rain head and hand held shower heads. Everything was very clean and we heard no noise from housekeeping staff servicing nearby rooms in the mornings. We very much appreciated being able to check in to our room immediately when we arrived at 12.30 pm, having expected to need to drop off our luggage and return to check in later. Check out time was not until 12.00 pm which avoided the need to rush and we were able to leave our luggage stored for another few hours. The price/quality ratio offered by this hotel is extremely good. There were very few negative points and only minor ones. The water pressure in the shower could have been more powerful and the washbasin counter had a strange angled surface at one side which made access to the wc slightly awkward. The volume limiter on the TV remote control was set so low that I could not hear it at all even when standing right next to the TV. I appreciate the need to avoid excessive noise for neighbouring rooms but I think the volume could be raised slightly without inconveniencing other guests.

“Great location, very small rooms, and no room facilities such as coffee, jug, etc”

This hotel is ok due to its position - literally 20m behind the square. There is a great self use laundary right opposite the hotel - 5 meters! This hotel is ok due to its position - literally 20m behind the square. There is a great self use laundary right opposite the hotel - 5 meters! Unfortunately, our room had a bit of a smell, and this hotel does not provide any extras. No slippers, no hot water jug, no coffee, etc. Reception has a coffee machine, but you have to purchase the pods! Our room was really cold. We were told the AC was off. They said I could come to reception to get a heater if it was really cold. When I got there, the manager said he would "turn it on." Went back to the room, and it started working! Very weird indeed. Saving costs? Shower in bath. Bit slippey as no antislip mat. Take care! Staff were ok.

“Excellent Location”

Stayed here 2 nights . Clean modern, walking distance to all things Salamanca. Great size bathroom with bath. Free toiletries , safe dep box etc Would def recommend. Nice reception. Quick & easy check in. Didnt like no natural light. No Tea/Coffee facilities.
