“Excellent Accessible Room”

We used this hotel as a stopping point on the way to the Algarve, it is ideally situated near the main road. My husband is a wheelchair user and we asked for an accessible room (room 123) which was perfect. The twin beds are large and a good height for a wheelchair transfer, there is room under the bed for a hoist too. We moved the bed against the wall to help him with the transfer, plenty of room to manoeuvre his chair. Excellent bathroom for his needs too. The staff are very kind and helpful, we enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and we very well looked after during the evening. Lots of parking and easy to find. Really pleased with this hotel and we have booked to stay again later this month.

“Don’t hesitate book in excellent hotel”

Staff Great rooms good food excellent. Good place for an overnight on the way to the Algarve stayed 1 night going and coming home reception good and efficient. Good hotel all round menus in Spanish ,English .photos on web are true to picture.

“High Quality Transit Hotel Close to Plasencia”

This is a great transit stop hotel. This is a great transit stop hotel. Not in the most picturesque location (on the edge of an industrial park, and not the smarest end of Plasencia), but for a hotel of a quality way above its price point it is highly recommended. Easy to find (very close to the Autovia) with adequate dedicated parking. Room was large, with a superb bathroom, fridge (very welcome) and good storgae space. Our room had a small balcony as well. We ate in the cafeteria for dinner, where the menu is good, wine excellent and the waiter service professional (as one would see in a Michelin star restaurant). Will come back!

“Discrimination”

Lovely hotel but disappointed as we only wanted something small to eat so on being told there was no food available in the bar we were directed into the restaurant, and on leaving and walking through the bar area, found that other guests were eating in the bar so not very happy about that!
