Breakfast was really good, with freshly pressed orange juice. 2 swimming pools, plus a water slide for kids up to 12. 10 from Plasencia downtown. Honestly, I'm not used to leave as positive feedback, so go there without any hesitation. Hotel's staff thanks for the stay!

Our room was huge and it was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable and we liked the silence in the whole building. It's located a few kilometers away from Plasencia so you have to take your car if you want to see the town, but on the other hand, it's quite convenient because you don't hear any traffic at night. The views from the bar outside at night are beautiful and we also liked the swimming pool. The hotel staff was kind at all times and gave us all kinds of information about what to see and do in Plasencia

“4 Star....???”
Maybe 4 star when it was built.... nice staff but not what most people would expect from this grade of hotel. Breakfast is average at best.... Had this been a €40 a night hotel then thats fime but at €72 for the night i am not sure its correctly pricedyo attract most people.

This hotel purports to have 4 stars but in reality it falls short, the rooms are pretty small but clean and the bed is comfortable, the food is only average and quite expensive. This hotel purports to have 4 stars but in reality it falls short, the rooms are pretty small but clean and the bed is comfortable, the food is only average and quite expensive. I stayed here on business twice over 2 years and the menu never changed. Breakfast is very basic. The staff are OK. The hotel has a pool which is fine, its close to the Jerte river so when you get bored, which you will, you can walk down to it. Plasencia is a few KM away so you can visit there too as well as head up the valley and explore all. Its close to the road so easily located and has a good sized car park. Free WIFI is available here and the speed is OK, Please be aware that this hotel is also a popular venue for weddings and other functions and it can become VERY crowded and quite loud.
