On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Great hotel”
Very clean tidy hotel room are very large we would stay again only down side was menu was in Spanish with no one able to translate :( The hotel was in a great location for us going to the race track to watch the moto gp but if you were going on holiday it is a bit to far from the city centre… more

“really GOOD!!!”
we loved the fronf office clerks, all the staff were very frendly and helpfull. the room was very clean and good conditions. we just didn't know we had to ask for pans and plates, for cooking. we will recomend this hotel if you want a calm and quite stay ottside the city center but 5 minutes by car… more
