Stayed here with hubby for 2 weeks in June .Beautiful hotel and gardens and surroundings and whole place very clean Hardly any noise from building works , bar was lovely, good to see the wee book exchange too ! We stayed b&b and the breakfast was great even for a fussy eater like me...cereal , yoghurt ,toast,full English, omelette and pancakes made fresh to order,pastries fruits ,cheese and meat ,delicious...restaurant spotlessly clean and staff lovely and hard working too . 😍 loved Sammi the wee black cat and the cheeky black and white one ! Also the white bird who tried his luck at breakfast in the morning lol ... Always plenty of sunbeds..we used the quiet pool as it had the sloped entrance ..pool warm and not too busy . ALL the staff were lovely and very helpful when we were looking to book trips and get late checkout and extra pillows! We stayed in room 315 which had a great pool view and great air-conditioning 👍 god send in hot weather and for menopause flushes lol ..really big room and spotlessly clean !This is the best hotel we've stayed in,in the canaries..we've just booked to come back in October and next June ,be great to see the new look beach mate ! Oasis Lanz is a great place to be, it just is. We only had a basic twin room as it what we could get when we checked in after arrriving as our former resort was so bad. after night one in the former place, Oasis Lanz was just heaven. The rooms are really nice, comfy beds, air con, and a really nice environment to be in. The staff are absolutly exeptional, and the breakfast really is good. The gym has everything you need and is air conditioned, the pools are very well maintained and the grounds are just nice to be in. Its in a prime location for the local square and the beach, and any excursions you do the pick up point is very local and easy. The only thing it lacks is an on site laundry, but that really isnt a problem as there is a really good laundrette less than 100m away, and its great and easy. They provide all the towels you need for the room, and provide pool towels too, you can change them daily with one of the 2 lifeguards on duty at the pools. I bought the bed and breakfast option, and the breakfast is really nice, cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, and a chef making you omlettetes or fried eggs, pancakes, or toasties on demand, its a really good place. I did buy a meal ticket for one evening meal (thats an option too) we thought it was nice, but wasnt as good as a lot of the local eating places (and there are lots), so B&B is the way I would recomend. All in all though Oasis Lanz is a fantastic place and im more than happy to give them a 5 star review.

Great hotel and location. All staff friendly and professional. Restaurant, room and pool all very clean and tidy. Small amount of building noise but was fine for us.

Just returned from our 2nd visit to Oasis Lanz Beach Mate for 1 week. Last returned in September 2023. Lovely hotel and fantastic location. Did notice this time round there was a lot more kids, vs when we visited last September when we didn’t see 1! Perhaps it was the time of year we went but the quiet pool had quite a lot of kids, and not quiet at all. Kids running around, shouting, splashing, water pistols in the pool. It’s not an adult only hotel so not something we can really complain about but just a very different vibe than when we visited before and I wouldn’t say a hotel for kids really. (I don’t mean to be negative about this, it’s just an observation from when we stayed before and didn’t expect it given the vibe of the hotel). Sun Loungers - no wars or issues at all. Plenty of beds to go round. The last few days did get busier with Families / kids but again, was still beds available. Was originally put into room 330 but moved as it was noisy from music / Karaoke from Abbey Road and was facing the restaurant and pistols. Staff were very helpful and we ended up moving rooms which was so much better. Did notice our room wasn’t as clean which was surprising as last time it was so clean (floor not cleaned for a couple days it was filthy and mirrors were filthy)! But a little chat with reception and that was promptly resolved so wasn’t an issue at all. The staff work really hard and checked into make sure all was ok which was nice. We went bed & breakfast this time (was just room only before). It’s a buffet breakfast so pretty standard but never had an issue finding something to eat! Cooked breakfast but also Yoghurts and granola available, and cereals if you want something more continental. The Chefs were always checking the food to see if needed topping up etc so pretty good service. The b&b option suited us. Building works - I was quite worried about this as when we visited in September the noise was awful but this time round.. no noise at all. They are still doing works but I wouldn’t say it’s intrusive at all. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be returning again next year.. but maybe Early June, or end of September/October again like we did last year.
