“Absolutely Fabulous True Luxury”

Spent a few days exploring Malaga, staying at the fabulous Vincci Seleccion Posada del Patio Hotel, just on the edge of the City, but only 5 minutes easy walk to the Town square and all the bars, cafe's and restaurants. The Hotel is very welcoming, light & airy. On the ground floor you will find the restaurant/breakfast room, lounge and library. The room we originally booked was upgraded to one with a bath with shower over, as opposed to just a shower, was on the 1st floor overlooking the street, with two small balconies. It was spacious, with ample hangers for clothing, a large extra wide comfy bed, 2 arm chairs and writing desk, with doubled up for coffee & tea making station, including an Nespresso machine. The bathroom featured twin sinks, with plenty of mclaren toiletries. Breakfast was both buffet style with cooked choices available from the menu, service was excellent as you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The rooftop pool looked inviting, but with the weather being unfavorable we did not use it. There was really nothing we could find fault with. There is also a second Vincci hotel along the main shopping street in the town, which has a wonderful roof top terrace / bar / restaurant, the prices for drinks and food were extremely reasonable for a 5 star hotel, not much more than along the street. Highly recommended

If you’re looking at this hotel, look no further… Just book it! It’s close to the station and the centre, without being noisy. I’ve travelled a lot and this is a super hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Everything you would enjoy. Room comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Clarins toiletries. The staff…amazing. So bright and helpful. The cleaner, reception, especially Ana helped us so much. Nothing too much trouble. Some great recommendations for eating out. The fish 👍 We had a trip to the Cominito del Rey to walk the canyon. So unusual. Excellent. Took a bus to Pedregalejo on Ana’s advice. Had a gorgeous fish meal there and sat in the sun afterwards. We did all the important sight seeing in Malaga. I think you have to look around for the restaurants of your choice. We had some brilliant meals, not necessarily the “in recommendations!” So. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Ana.

Second stay at this wonderful hotel and will be back! Great hotel situated right on the edge of the old Town so great for exploring. The staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Had a fabulous room on the 1st floor with 4 balconies! Extremely comfortable. My one recommendation is that the bath robes need replacing as have seen better days. Had dinner and drinks in temporary bar and restaurant (as the usual ones were undergoing refurbishment) and this didn’t detract from a wonderful experience! Will definitely return!
