My room was very comfortable, I especially liked the heated bathroom floor and ocean view balcony. The staff are amazing. I only had breakfast one morning, they had a large variety to choose from and the bar also serves a few food items. They also have reasonable bike rentals outside the front door, just scan your card and go, can’t be any easier. If you’re planning to use the bus get a 10 ride pass at a nearby store to make your travels simple. Highly recommend

“Good location, clean and smart hotel”

We were allocated a ground floor room overlooking the pool. It was spacious and well maintained with what looked like a recently installed wet room. It may have been an accessible room (though we didn’t ask for one) as there was a huge shower with no curtains or screen which meant the water splashed all over the floor unfortunately. There was always plenty of hot water. It was kept spotless all week. The beds were very comfortable although it was two beds adjacent not a double. The temperature was about right for the weather (wet!). The room was large and there would have been room for some comfortable chairs but it only had deck chairs on the terrace. We had a premium room which included a coffee maker but we had to ask for additional pods; reception provided a kettle. Service at reception was a bit cool but always helpful when you needed assistance. Breakfast was staffed by cheerful waiters and well provided. There was plenty of choice of continental breakfast. The coffee was not bad for hotel machine coffee. There was also a ‘hot’ breakfast but we found it was never very warm and the scrambled eggs had a strange granular texture and no taste like they were made from powdered egg. The hotel décor was a kind of bohemian minimalist, quite attractive but also a bit cold. There is a bar/lounge which is the only place to sit in poor weather but was underused with little atmosphere. The location is good, right by the beach (well, across the busy road). As other people have said there was a fair amount of traffic noise but I think most hotels in Malaga would suffer from noise from roads or visitors. It is about 15 minutes walk to the centre and there is a really good bus service past the door. At the moment you can get a Bonobus card from a kiosk (there’s one a few minutes towards the centre from the hotel) and it costs you 42 cents per ride. We used it a lot including to go to the Botanical gardens. There are several restaurants in the locality if you don’t want to eat in the centre. There is supposed to be an airport transfer but the driver was having medical treatment so we had to use a taxi.

“Good 3 star hotel near city and beach”

The hotel has a good standard for 3 stars, especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and service minded. It´s walking distance from the city center, restaurants and the beach is across the busy road. Has a pool but as the road is very busy you need to have your headphones on for some quite time.… more

The hotel has a good standard for 3 stars, especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and service minded. It´s walking distance from the city center, restaurants and the beach is across the busy road. Has a pool but as the road is very busy you need to have your headphones on for some quite time. Breakfast was ok but the same stuff every day and the scrambled eggs where not nice, probably processed. Beds are firm which I had no problem with but my partner didn´t like them. There is also a nice gym with everything you need for a indoor workout.

“Wonderful stay in Malaga”

The hotel smelt lovely & clean! We had a nice room with a sea & pool view, wonderful to see the sunrise over the beach. Hotel well located opposite the beach with a 20 min walk to The Marina where there are plenty of nice places to eat & drink. Bus at front of hotel goes to city centre for e1.30… more

Hotel well located opposite the beach with a 20 min walk to The Marina where there are plenty of nice places to eat & drink. Bus at front of hotel goes to city centre for e1.30. Hotel staff friendly & helpful, we had no air con so they supplied a free standing air con machine for our stay. Fabulous breakfast! Bathroom a bit dark, lighting not pleasing. No handles to hold for balance in shower/bath. Road noise at night & by pool. Bar lacking atmosphere.
