“Short stay - good service”
We came before available check in (arrived at 12:30) and we were able to check in at that time. Very thankful for that. Though we know and were prepared that this was not an option. Made our short stay even better. We would have accepted a check in at 15:00.

Well placed close to attractions and yet very quiet. Excellent staff and service. Very clean. Outstanding breakfast with an amazing choice for all tastes.

“Amazing roof terrace”
We enjoyed 3 nights here. Really Nice room Friendly staff Excellent roof terrace. Really enjoyed having a drink there before dinner. Location good, close to great area of Malasaña and public transport. Didnt eat here Will recommend Thanx:)

“Certain services can be improved for a better experience”
This hotel has no concierge service. When you arrive, you have to carry your suitcases upstairs yourself. The ramp that is designed for luggage is ridiculous.
