“Sergio for president”
The service received from Sergio was above and beyond expectations. Fantastic service, great food and comfy rooms. He made the experience for my sister’s 30th so special he had us laughing throughout. The rooms were also very nicely decorated and the restaurant as well. Perfect location.

“Small room… but PERFECTLY clean!!”
I stayed only for a night, in a small room (around 9sqm). But I insist on how clean it was. Perfect on that side. However I got awaken by construction at 8:30 on my bedroom wall.

“Excellent”
Excellent four star hotel with many facilities and friendly staff. Chosen because on recommended list by BA and my guide book. Not in a particular interesting part of town but 2 minutes from Goya metro station so good public transport. I didn’t eat there but they do a mean G&T in the bar.
