“Excellent Staff”
Excellent experience at the Hotel Vincci Soho. Staff was great. Laura at the front desk was outstanding. A valuable employee. Definitely made my stay in Madrid memorable. I will return in the near future. The location was in a prime area of town surrounded by many restaurants. Thanks

“Our Madrid experience ..”
Nice clean hotel good breakfast Only issue was the stairs are too dark And dangerous. The staff was friendly And gave good suggestions about activities The location of the hotel was ideal. The taxis were available and the restaurants in the area were good.

“Average hotel in good location”
There was construction [including jackhammers] going on throughout the days during our stay. The noise was so bad it made being in the room uncomfortable.
