“Awesome”
The service was great. The menu for food is not great. But the drinks, staff (specially Jesus) have us great service and made us feel at home. The views are very nice. “Capitol vincci”
Fantastic location. Wonderful staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Shame the rooftop bar was closed but the 1st floor bar made up for this with great views of Gran Via

“My bad bed”
Overall hotel was fine, staff was very accommodating, bed had the softness of the sidewalk. The pillows need to be softer, too much foam rubber pushed my head into an unnatural sleeping position.
