“Great and friendly hotel with good size apartments”
Location is perfect, the room was well equipped and comfy, thanks for the the welcome coffee and water. Raxchell and Edward were always kind and friendly, whatever we asked for they were happy to answer and garantee. Very tastefully decorated ,clean with small kitchennette , good size room and clean bathroom very central close to restaurants, supermarket yet very quiet. Staff are very friendly. “Lovely Hotel”
Spacious rooms with coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer, great shower and fridge. Very spacious and clean. Super close to the centre,15 minute walk to Gran Via and the metro and Mercado are right outside. Raquel and Alana are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. Thank you🫶🏻

“Place to go in Madrid for a very nice and affordable stay”
Super good experience, 100% recommended They have very recently refurbished all the facilities. The rooms are very nice, well equiped and the bed super comfortable On top, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! I will come back Thank you

“5 estrellas”
Impeccable service and clean rooms, with thoughtful details like shampoos, a hairdryer, AC, and coffee. Diego and another girl (I can’t remember her name) attended us kindly and professionally. Perfectly located in the center of Madrid, near the subway. We’ll definitely come back!
