“I would stay there again...”
The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. It also had a mini-fridge. There was a large walk-in shower with a non-slip floor, a grab bar for safety, a large rain showerhead, and a separate adjustable handheld shower wand. Water pressure was excellent. The room was cool, clean, and comfortable. It also had a mini-fridge. There was a large walk-in shower with a non-slip floor, a grab bar for safety, a large rain showerhead, and a separate adjustable handheld shower wand. Water pressure was excellent. The walls were a bit thin; guests could be heard talking in the next room but it wasn't overly annoying. The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi. It also had elevators/lifts, a restaurant, and a buffet breakfast for a charge. Their customer service was excellent. They had several people staffing the front desk stations and never seemed to have guests waiting in line. Bellhops were very helpful and very good at anticipating my needs. They greeted me at the elevator, hauled my bags off and summoned a taxi for me while I checked out. Two standouts offering great customer service were David at the front desk who was professional and efficient and Antonio who helped me with my bags and getting me settled in my room. This is a pretty hotel and, of the many hotels I stayed at on this trip, it was easily my favorite. I would stay there again.

Amazing spacious hotel with the best breakfast ever ! We had a suite that housed two rooms in one and had two large king beds - not normal for a european hotel ! So needless to say , we were very comfortable during our 7 day stay . Close to metro and taxis even though it's not in the pure center which is ok since we only go to the hotel to sleep ! Everyone was so nice , thank you AC hotel Cuzco!

“Excellent - staff are super”
Really friendly place, staff are great, very welcoming, the guy on the front desk when we arrived was the best….breakfast is super, bad food excellent. But it’s all about the staff - super. Oh yeah….room was great. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Bernabéu.

“Very good hotel”
Location is quite and by taxi you have easy access to every where, room is not big but comfortable and they have great bath amenities Breakfast is average and they have good housekeeping service Try to get room beside the elevator otherwise you will walk

Average Marriott hotel. Modern design. Rooms are expensive and so are the restaurants. Breakfast is average with fruits, eggs station, chesses , croissant and some cooked breakfasts. A barrister makes coffee for you. That is a bit special. The hotel is far away from the city centre and will take 20+ euros to go to any nice town restaurant shopping and major sights. Nothing in the vicinity so pretty boring. The room is modern and clean Only gripes are tissues come in a small packet (it is like they can save a lot of money by not providing a tissue box) and there are wooden doors to the WC which is already very small and kind of a hassle having to open the thick wooden doors just to get into the toilet. The shower is a separate area and the whole bathroom has no doors. As such.it will be awkward if you share the room with kids or friends.
