“Will stay here again when we return.”

“Top service and experience”
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very modern. Great staff, very friendly and eager to help. There was some unexpected construction nearby and they were very gracious in addressing the matter. “Great experience, everything a traveler wants/needs in a hotel”
Great hotel and great staff. The room is everything a travel could ask for--the bed is large and comfy, the rainfall shower head is a godsend after a long day of exploring Madrid, the towels are large and fluffy, free water, and all the bathroom amenities and accessories are available for free. ... more

“Staff is their best asset”
We had 2 nights reserved. When we arrived, they gave us an upgrade to the rooftop room that had a huge terrace. It was rather small, made of black wood and navy-blue wallpaper.
