What to say about Bergantin? Well, you feel so welcomed , so safe, and you are close to everything, as well it is so nice and cozy. “Good stay at the Bergantin........the centre of Sol, Madrid.”
The "Hostal" was nice, bed comfy, bathroom very clean and bedroom generally okay. The lady that checked me in (can't remember her name, sorry😐) as well as Sesal were nice and helpful. The Bergantin is situated at Sol....... The centre of Madrid. I can't complain. Very accessible to everything. ... more

“Madrid is great…not the Bergantin”
The location is very central—like being in Times Square, including the noise. Despite being on the 4th floor, it penetrates the room all night long—-bottles, glasses, yelling, screaming. Along with that of the neighboring rooms. The hostal is ok for young people but I won’t return

The hostel is located on the 4th floor of a building few mt away from Plaza del Sol so basically the center of the center and this should be a great news but... 1) The room is approx 16 sq mt , it can fit just a bedroom and a very small bathroom 2) The closet is basically non existent .
