“Great hotel!”
Loved this hotel! Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom . Great choices at breakfast and we enjoyed dining at restaurant 1 night. 10 to 12 euro cab fare to Old Town. No trouble hailing cabs out front. Would come back here.

“Perfect home base in heart of Madrid”
Great location, fantastic hospitality. The staff was very helpful during our booking and check in. The complementary breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and fruit. Great cappuccinos too!. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent”
Wonderful team that makes you feel at home. Very good location walkingdistance fromGran Via. Excellent breakfast. Having a kitchenette an extra plus. I would come back for sue as I keep coming back. Highly recommend. Very good value for money.

“Good location, hard beds”
The hotel is in a quiet location with a good breakfast and nice staff. Unfortunately the beds in the Family suite with 2 terraces were very, vey hard. I end up using the sleeper sofa in the living room which was much more comfortable than the beds. I do expect a hotel to have comfortable beds, hen… more
