We talked to him a few minutes before we arrived at the hotel and he sent us a video explaining how to unlock the card and the door, very polite and attentive. There's a small elevator in the building.The apartment it's incredible and there's nothing to complain about it, everything is clean and new. The only problem we had was at night because the water didin't get hot, probably because of the amount of people, and the street is very loud because the garbage is collected at night. The location is amazing, next to Gran Vía. When we were leaving, the employee opened the office earlier, so we could get the park discount stamp. As a sugestion, I would say. to put a few cleaning products, such as a detergent so the guests can wash the dishes..
