“Nice stay at Hotel Sancho”
I stayed at Hotel Sancho with my family in December 2023. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a metro station just in front. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

“Excellent place to stay for a city break”
A great location isn't all this hotel offers, a surprisingly artistic well decorated place which has comfortable common areas and a rooftop area which is a delight with it seems, permanent blue skies. A great location isn't all this hotel offers, a surprisingly artistic well decorated place which has comfortable common areas and a rooftop area which is a delight with it seems, permanent blue skies. A cafe on the ground floor makes this easy convenience. Breakfast is OK, good options for gluten free and carrot cake to get the day started! Waffles on request are a treat. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel, super friendly and helpful. This hotel is possibly the cleanest I have ever stayed in, excellent housekeeping.

Recently, my spouse and I spent 3 nights at Hotel Sancho. What stuck out most about this hotel was the professionalism, helpfulness, and can-do attitude of the 6 staff members with whom we interacted. This included front desk, and restaurant staff. We can not remember when we have experienced this level of customer service by EVERYONE we encountered. Over the years, we have experienced great customer service, however, it was generally one to three staff that stood out. In the case of Hotel Sancho, excellent and genuine customer service seemed to be a part of the culture. The hotel was spotless. The rooms were not fancy, however, the furniture was well maintained and extremely clean. Whenever we return to Madrid, we will definitely stay at Hotel Sancho!

“Nice staff. I would recommend it overall”
Nice helpful staff and we're particularly helpful assisting with metro and finding a swimming pool. I would stay here again. Its beside delicias metro stop and only takes about 10 minutes on metro to reach sol (Central area of madrid). Barry (Ireland)
