Although this hotel is overpriced, the he hotel and the hotel staff were pretty good. “Recommand petit palace triball”
Very good hotel. Excelent location near the primark gran via. Team was great and kind, espacially Pablo - thank you. Rooms are clean and convinient. Lobby is quite and comfortable. Highly recommand this hotel, good value for the price. My hotel also for the next time in madrid.

“Close to Grand Via. Perfect . Rooms need some work”
Well situated hotel. Right on the Grand Via. So that 5 stars. We had a room that looked onto a desolate dark courtyard that was just horrid. Room was nice . Bathroom door was coming off. Aircon was good to start but at night didn’t work. And it was hot in Madrid .
