“Excellent ”
Excellent hotel in the middle of Madrid close to everything and very comfortable, when i came back to Madrid, i will take this hotel again. The staff was very good they are so helpful . The breakfast olso every good and delicious. The hotel is very clean and they clean every day

“Wonderful stay, great location”
We had a wonderful experience. Silvia and everyone at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, gave us great advise and recommendations. Definitely will stay here next time I’m in Madrid. The rooms were clean and it was enough space for 3 adults.

“Excellent stay Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen Madrid”
Excellent service at Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen. Andrés provided excellent customer service. Definitely 100% guaranteed. Rooms are very nice, spacious and it includes comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms, tv and everything you need to have a pleasurable stay.

“3 night stay with friend”
Visited Madrid earlier this week with a friend. This hotel is a great value for the money with a wonderful breakfast buffet! It is centrally located. Our room design was a bit quirky, but not unexpected in Europe. It was very quiet and clean. The bathroom was nice. Definitely would stay again!

“Petit Palace Plaza del Carmen hard to find on GPS, on a square under construction, "attic" rooms are for short people”
Another hard-to-find hotel in the old city center. This one is on a square, of course it is closed for construction, you have to drag your luggage in from the closest corner you can find to park your car. Underground parking is close by. The hotel is close to all the old city sights. There are pl... more
