“Awesome, once more”
Once again in Madrid for a business trip, and once again at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient for me, but over all, the staff working at the hotel, all of them, are extremely professional while treating you warmly, which makes me feel at home there.

“Excellent hotel, great location”
Really lovely hotel. Location was great to get around the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were ready earlier than normal check in and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel on check out as our flight wasn’t until late evening. Rooms were really nice, bed was ver… more

“Beautiful!”
Absolutely spectacular! The location is ideal. The staff is incredibly helpful (dinner reservations) and friendly. Lastly, the palacio itself is stunning! I would go back again tomorrow.
