“Excellence”
We checked in at 0900 and managed to get a late checkout at 1400 with access to a lounge.The spa and gym was also available,the gym being the best I have ever used.Breakfast and dinner good value and quality.The staff were all very helpful friendly.

Good quality hotel but expensive for Madrid. Also very difficult to get a reservation if booking late for business. Spa is fantastic, best in Madrid in my opinion. Hotel is expensive. Beautiful room. Hotel is in a quiet area. We are with a tour so it's a busy place Only complaint is the beautiful marble bathroom is very slippery.
