“Best place for a summer stay”
What could be better than staying in a hotel with a swimming pool in the middle of summer in Madrid, with a child. “Perfect Soot in Madrid”
This hotel is absolutely amazing! All staff are friendly, serviceable as well as knowledgeable. Food in the hotel is superb. Will go again! Downside is that many businesses close down in August for their vacation. Weather is extremely hit but dry

“Overpriced with lukewarm service”
Very overpriced hotel for the service and amenities. Front desk not friendly upon check in. Bar staff was great but prices are very high. Room was average with too much furniture in a cramped room. A/C did not work well. Stayed warm. Overall disappointing and did not feel like a 4 star hotel.
