“Nice big room, comfy bed”
We spent 5 nights here, 3 nights on our own and 2 nights as part of a tour and had a great stay. We received an upgrade for our first 3 nights and paid to upgrade for the other 2. “Very good stay, excellent hotel”

“Luxury”
I thought it was a bit expensive - maybe we paid 230 euro per night which for Madrid to me seemed like a lot But wow, luxurious lobby, 2 nice bars, and the room was huge and top notch Had a great sleep and definitely worth the money, will come back here again

“3 star hotel”
Hotel is located 30 mins away from downtown Madrid and there is nothing worth seeing and shopping in the neighbourhood. “Swimming pool closed in sunny May”
Lovey hotel but very disappointed the advertised swimming pool is closed as not summer? It’s May and 26 degrees, so very frustrating. Seems mad a lovely facility is not made available and maximised for people staying at this hotel and would understand it it was December and snowing
