“Five stars all the way”
An excellent hotel with excellent facilities, professional staff and very fine services. It is situated conveniently. Breakfast is rich and fresh, people are nice and the overall impression is of a worthy hotel for every event or reason. I warmly recommend it.

“Incredible Team”
It was such an incredible experience to visit Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid. Even though it was a short stay, the entire front desk team was able to make it special for me and my son. The hotel is well located and close to subway station. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean although a bit outdated compared to others Hyatt Regency hotels.
