“Great option in Madrid ”
Excellent hotel, excellent service, decent location, great ambiance. Only observation, the room has 2 levels with 3 steps that could be dangerous walking in the dark to the bathroom. The lobby is classy and elegant, there is a museum next to the lobby that is worth to visit

“A special hotel on my second visit”

“Not for older folks with mobility issues”
Yes, European luxury in a great location as highlighted in other reviews, but with hazards: 1. the tiny elevators are up a flight of stairs from the lobby, 2. the sitting area in the good rooms are down 3 stairs, which are at the end of the bed.
