“Hotel should be 6 stars because of the staff”
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Fantastic location, very comfortable and clean. Rooms were large. Most outstanding thing about the hotel was the staff. This hotel is EXCELLENT. Great location, ultra clean, friendly staff and rich breakfast, I could not find something to complain even if I had tried to!! We visited Madrid during Christmas and although it was busy we received excellent service. Highly recommend...

“A hotel where I know I will be back.”
Excellent location just steps away from La Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor, excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent breakfast and beautiful decor. In addition it’s also connected to an excellent restaurant where you can have the best of Spanish cuisine with a great atmosphere.

They describe themselves as a boutique hotel, and that they are. As I ascended out of Sevilla metro station I wandered around for ten minutes or so before finding the entrance.
