“A 10 star GEM”
Hotel Regina just set the benchmark for all other hotels we’ve stayed at over 40+ years. It is SUPERB. We were greeted by Salon upon arrival who guided us into the hotel, helped with our luggage, showed us to our room and ensured we were oriented to everything in our room. “Great hotel!”
A great experience!!! Excellent location, a spacious and lovely room, great breakfast, and wonderful friendly and helpful staff! The hotel staff helped us with anything we needed. There is a nice rooftop terrace to relax at. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

“a place to rest in the middle of Madrid`s turmoil”
very well located, the hotel has a perfectly trained staff, always courteous. the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. the linen superb. the breakfast fantastic with a team of attendants so educated and efficient . the check in and check out worked with perfection.

“Enjoyable visit and would definitely return - a lovely city !”
Fantastic location , walking distance to most places , helpful staff and a lovely varied breakfast in a nice setting. Rooms were nicely presented with a/c . About 20 mins from airport in a taxi. Plenty of local bars ,restaurants and shops close by .
